PocketMobile has a professional team of support technicians who answer questions and resolve any problems that may occur.
The objective is that problems that arise are to be solved in the best possible manner, with a minimal impact on the customer's business and within the framework for the contracted service level and priorities.
Our customers who have a PreCom service contract also receive a special support number.
