Partner Key2Mobility delivers PreCom solution to Danish Knudsen Køling A/S
In June, Key2Mobility signed a contract with Knudsen Køling A/S for delivering and implementing PreCom Service Edition. This mobile solution, which will be fully integrated with the customer’s existing ERP-solution, will be the daily planning and execution tool for all service tasks in the company. The mobile solution will be used by the field service staff as well as the back-office staff.
Knudsen Køling A/S is a Danish company that manufactures and installs commercial refrigeration systems for supermarkets and the retail industry. The company has carried out extensive research and development work on the use of CO2 as a refrigerant and is a market leader within this area.
With PreCom Service Edition, Knudsen Køling expects to increase efficiency, improve reaction times and finally to reduce the amount of paper work and administration.
