Organisations and companies mainly invest in the Tetra network's technology in order to gain a reliable and encrypted voice service. A solution allowing data to be transmitted in the same network is becoming increasingly sought after and the demand for this ability is rising. As the PreCom Platform in part stems from the Mobitex network, it has been relatively easy for us to make our solutions work over even the limited bandwidth (data transmission speed) available in the Tetra network.
All the PreCom functions and modules can be used in the Tetra network just as successfully as for other public networks and data communication solutions. Our mobile systems, as well as individual functions and modules, function well in the Tetra network.
